Delivery Timeline
All items must be delivered 1-2 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. This is to ensure that there is sufficient time to prepare, inspect, and handle the items appropriately before the shoot. Items received after this period may not be guaranteed inclusion in the scheduled shoot and may be subject to rescheduling at the client's expense.
Payment Terms:
A 50% upfront payment is required to confirm your booking. If the upfront payment is not made, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
For on-model bookings, 100% payment is required upfront.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot. If cancelled within 72 hours, the payment is non-refundable.
Drop-Off and Service Form:
Items for the "drop and run" service must be dropped off 1-2 days before the booking date.
A service form must be filled out with detailed instructions. Any requirements not mentioned in the form and requested after the shoot will incur an additional charge.
The photography team will strictly follow the instructions provided in the service form.
If a service form is not filled out, we cannot proceed with the booking. Missing the booking due to an incomplete form will result in a non-refundable payment.
Any conversation sent via WhatsApp that does not match the details on the service form will not be considered a valid request. All job requests must be specified in the form.
Packaging Requirements: All samples must be flat-packed and folded or provided in hanging garment bags. If items are received without adequate packing (i.e., not in a bag or box), additional charges will apply to cover the costs of packing materials and labor as follows: Small box: 30 AED Medium box: 50 AED, Large box: 80 AED
These charges are designed to cover the cost of materials and labor and are non-negotiable. To avoid these fees, please ensure that all items are properly packaged before delivery.
Additional Requirements and Post-Shoot Requests:
Any additional requirements made after submitting the form, such as different image dimensions or styling changes after receiving the images will be treated as a new shoot and will require a new quotation.
Any extra images requested beyond what was initially agreed upon will incur additional charges.
Package Policy:
Any package booked will be considered as one batch. This means that all items in the package must be delivered at the same time and will not be split into multiple batches.
Item and Model Handling:
If an item is received in the wrong size, the shoot will be rescheduled based on availability.
Models are provided by third parties, and the studio is not liable for any cancellations or incorrect information provided by the model or any third party. (Model, Hair and makeup artist, Food, props and styling accessories).
Editing and Delivery:
Editing delivery will take 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after the shoot if no image selections required. The delivery time depends on the quantity of images
